Hampton Roads Virginia is a wonderful place to live.  Hampton Roads is sometimes referred to as "The 7 Cities".These cities consist of centrally located Norfolk, Virginia Beach with the beaches and a growing city center, Chesapeake is just to the south and has many wonderful neighborhoods, Suffolk is the largest city (land mass) in Virginia and boasts a growing northern section and maintains historic areas, Portsmouth borders the Elizabeth River and is a short commute into Norfolk.  The remaining two cities reside on what is referred to as "The Peninsula"; Hampton and Newport News are just through the tunnels and are also thriving communities.  In addition to our cities, there is York County/Yorktown - part of the historic triangle, Poquoson - a quaint town with lots of waterfront homes and plenty of good people, and Isle of Wight/Smithfield.
